THE INSPIRATION

Meet Bill

  • Bill Gerstman is the Grandfather of our company founder, the inspiration for Legacy Seasoning Co. and you guessed it... he's also the Bill in Bill’s All Purpose Seasoning.


    Bill began his journey crafting our All-Purpose recipe while serving in World War II when he was a Mess Sergeant for an Army Air Corps rescue squadron stationed in Saipan. Click on About Us to learn more.
